At Urban Roots Florida, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality produce and products delivered right to your door. Because our items are fresh food products, we have a few guidelines for refunds and exchanges.

Fresh Produce Guarantee

We carefully inspect all orders before delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, missing, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item(s).

We will review your request and, if approved, provide one of the following:

• A replacement item on your next delivery
• A refund or store credit for the affected item(s)

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

• Spoiled or damaged produce upon delivery
• Incorrect items received
• Missing items from your order

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect storage of produce after delivery
• Normal variations in size, color, or appearance of fresh produce

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to replace any item that arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect when reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested before your order has been prepared or delivered. Once an order has been packed, changes may not be possible.
